  The service is great and the lakeside scenery is beautiful. I have been to this location many times and the food has always been good. The only reason I give it a 4 star rating is that there have been a couple occasions where I feel that due to the popularity of the location, the servers (and cooks) are in a rush, for good reason... But I've had like warm food sometimes that you know has been waiting on the counter to be served. Other than that, great spot and one of Gravenhursts' best chain restaurants.

  Zero stars. Server was completely rude from the get go. Our food order was late and our drinks were non existent. They unfortunately judged an individual who drove two hours and was tired and had red eyes. Not allowing him to have a drink even though a cab company was his ride to his destination. Cannot express how badly we were treated and judged. Thanks for the service, if you can call it that.

  Nice view. Nice inside seating. The spinach and artichoke dip was rather salty. The perogi pizza was interesting and delicious. Overall it was a good experience.

  One star is being generous for this location. Don't try to come within 2 hours of the restaurant closing. We were told we can only order from the take out menu and all their kitchen was being shut down. Two hours before close. We were seated and the waitress asked if we were taking our food to go. We were told they we were past last call (at 11 on a Friday night) yet they continued to serve the table behind us. Staff less than friendly. Food over cooked. This place has so much potential but the attitude of the staff is a huge turn off.
